There will be $20 million in electrical, air conditioning and plumbing improvements. Other highlights are new flooring on the concourse, all new seating in the arena, a new sound system and bathroom enhancements. The facility will have 2 new portal entrances from the ground level, 2 new elevators, 13 updated concession stands, and new facilities for improvement of movement throughout the arena. The modernization will also bring the building up to code and in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act including increasing accessible seating from 26 to 98, and widening parts of the concourse.
