CSG performed the building plan review for a 70,000 sq. ft, 5-story wood-framed Type IIIA construction hotel (occupancy types R-1 and B) for TownePlace Suites by Marriott Extended-Stay Hotels. The hotel includes 121 guest suites, surface parking for 103 parking spaces, and other amenities such as lounge, dining area, meeting rooms, fitness room, and outdoor patio.
