CSG provided comprehensive building plan review as well as fire sprinkler and fire alarm plan review and testing for this 174 unit, 583 bedroom on-campus apartment complex for California State University, Monterey Bay students. Construction consisted of three new 4-story apartment buildings with 2, 3 and 4-bedroom units, a 1-story, 4,600 sq. ft. community center, a computer lab/business center, a clubhouse, and a fitness area. This 270,000 sq. ft. project had a construction cost of $28.9 million.
