CSG has been providing plan review and inspection services for all Genentech Campus buildings since 1991.This campus-wide project has involved over 3.6 million sq. ft. of office and research & development space spread across more than 45 buildings. CSG’s services have included coordination of pre-construction meetings to clarify and resolve matters prior to plan submittal; building plan review services; on-call building inspection services; and coordination and resolution of issues during construction between the City, project engineer, Genentech project manager, and special inspectors.
