CSG provided fire plan review, fire inspection and fire protection engineering review services for the new Entertainment and Sports Center located in downtown Sacramento. This $477 million, indoor multi-use facility totals 745,000 sq. ft. and will seat 17,500 individuals. CSG provided plan review services with a 3-4-day turnaround time due to an expedited project schedule. In addition, CSG provided fire plan review services for the associated 591,000 sq. ft., 16 level, mixed-use occupancy high-rise tower, with 2 levels of underground parking. This building is of type 1A construction and consists of retail, restaurants, offices, hotel, and residential units. CSG’s plan review of this fully sprinklered building included the fire alarm, smoke removal, and sprinkler systems.
