CSG performed a complete building and fire plan review of this Indoor Skydiving Simulator, the first of its kind in the greater Sacramento area. The construction type is II-B, one story above grade. The gross building area is 4,967 sq. ft. and the return air tower is 757 sq. ft. for a total of 5,725 sq. ft. The total height of the structure is 56 ft. with 34 ft. of the structure above grade. A separate return air tower wall is framed from precast concrete wall elements.
